Welcome to TLBS Connect, the official mobile application of The Learning Buds School (powered by The Learnify Academy). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our students, parents, and staff. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles data.
TLBS Connect does not collect any new personal information from users. There are no sign-up forms, profile creation screens, or data-gathering trackers within the app.
The application acts strictly as a secure, read-only portal that displays existing educational data (such as homework, notices, and fee status) that has already been provided to and registered by The Learning Buds School administration during the standard offline enrollment process.
Upon logging in with credentials provided by the school, the app securely retrieves and displays the following pre-existing data from the school's encrypted database:
All data transmitted between the school's database and the TLBS Connect app is secured using industry-standard 256-bit encryption. Access to the app is strictly restricted to authorized parents and students via unique login credentials. Passwords are encrypted and are never visible to or stored in plain text by the school administration.
Because we do not collect personal data through the app, there is no user data to sell, rent, or trade. The app does not contain third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
TLBS Connect is an educational tool designed to be used by parents and their children together. Since the app cannot be used to create accounts, share personal information publicly, or communicate with strangers, it complies with standard child safety and privacy guidelines. Parents have full oversight of the read-only data displayed in their child's profile.
